Once users have completed ShastaCAD training and have registered their swimming pool software, 60 days of free support are available. After attending training and using the 60 days of free support, it is very unlikely that any additional assistance will be necessary.

However, if, after the 60 days of free support, additional assistance is required, ShastaCAD representatives are available to help.
